State of charge completely different from car

Hi everyone I have the full subscription with a better route planner, I have a MG5 and it’s all connected fine but the state of charge is showing different from the car to what the app says so currently my car is on 82% but the app is showing 79% I have reset connections to the dongle for the car but it stays the same any advice please thanks

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    1-3% difference is normal when you use an OBD.
