Startup App takes too long

Since 4.5.1 version, the app takes almost 9 minutes to startup in my SAMSUNG Galaxy A71. Menawile, you can watch a white screen.

Plus, since the same version Home doesn't show up on Favourites and Work keeps the icon, but the text is missing.

Restarting the phone and updating to 4.5.2. doesn't solve both problems.
