"Start Driving" button missing

Using wired Android Auto on my 2022 F150 Lightning (large screen, Sync 4A), the “Start Driving” button is missing from the pop-up window showing selected destination.

  1. Select Looking Glass option from main screen.

  2. Select Search option from the displayed menu.

  3. A list of recent destinations is displayed

  4. Select any destination

  5. The pop-up window in the upper left of the main screen is displayed showing the back arrow and the first part of the selected destination name, but the rest of the window is blank. No distance, travel time, or “Start Driving” button. Pressing where the button should appear does not work.

  6. My workaround is to unplug the USB cable to the phone and plug it back in. When the ABRP screen is redisplayed, the pop-up window is correctly populated and the “Start Driving” button works.

Where does this happen?
Android Auto
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
6.0.2 (3384)
