Spreadsheet exported fields should be usable

Many columns in the exported spreadsheet are not actual numeric values, so you cannot make any adjustments to the spreadsheet without heavy editing. Every column except for SoC columns have values that are mixed with numbers and letters, so you can't make any calculations or formulas out of them. Especially the duration and time columns.

All units should be specified on the header, and the values should just be integers. Drive duration should be in the spreadsheet duration format 00:00:00 and times should be in the spreadsheet 00:00:00 dd/mm/YY format.

This way we can actually tweak details on the spreadsheet, which is kind of the point of exporting to Excel for those of us who use this feature.
