SoC won’t use live data

I have a 2023 Subaru Solterra, using an Innova 3210rs Bluetooth OBD2 every thing else works, speed, temperature… but the SOC and kw/mile won’t use live data in the ABRP app. In innova’s app it shows battery charge, I tried updating the firmware on the dongle didn’t fix it.

Not sure if this is because of the obd device I’m using or if it is cause of the car.
