No SoC updates for Audi Q6 e-tron while driving

I use ABRP with Enode on my Audi Q6. The SoC updates perfectly when the car is stationary. But, during a trip, the SoC update does not work and aberrant values ​​come back.

For example, the car indicates a SoC of 70% and ABRP will update with a false SoC of 80%. Suddenly the SoC on arrival also becomes false.

I have to disconnect my phone (iphone), close ABRP, and restart the trip to find a good SoC. Is this an Enode problem? of information feedback from the car? Thank you for your help.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Since the ticket was created, I have tested several journeys and the app seems to work well.

    The only times it malfunctions are when I change applications. For example, I launch ABRP in trip mode, I do the same with Waze. If I use Waze for 5 minutes and then return to ABRP, the SoC is modified with a completely erroneous value, sometimes it corrects itself, sometimes I have to restart the app. In addition, it seems that despite the green icon indicating that ABRP is connected to Enode, the SoC update is not done and ABRP just manages itself the SoC degradation.

    Hi @Pierre-Jean Sert,

    I received the following reply from Enode;

    “I've checked our logs and everything looks normal with this vehicle. We fetch data regularly from all linked vehicles, but the exact frequency is completely dependent on the vehicle manufacturer and the data they allow us to retrieve.”

    They also provided some extracts from their logs for your vehicle and judging by this, Audi simply doesn’t seem to communicate updates more frequently than this.

    Hi @Pierre-Jean Sert,

    I’ve just checked the logged activities on your account and while we have some driving activities logged, the frequency of SoC updates during those looks very low (2-3 times an hour) or non-existent.

    I’ve submitted a ticket with Enode so that they may review this.

      I have a similar problem with Tronity. Updates occur every 5 minutes or more—usually more. When they do update, they are typically 2–5% behind.

      Hi

      I have more or less the same problem on my vw IDBuzz.

      The soc is correctly updated when starting a drive, however it looks like it's not updating the soc afterwards. While driving, the Android auto interface on the car's display shows red connection bars, while in the app it shows green ‘connected’ bars next to enode but even though it's showing these green bars next to enode, the soc is not correct in the app nor car display.

      Could you help me fix this please?
