SoC not working - defaults to 31%

System keeps on setting SoC for starting point to 31-33%. Then holds it there. Keeps on trying to replan to allow us to make next destination as it always things we just have about 30%. True on manual SoC and automatic through Ennode.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Had to disconnect Enode connection, log out of app, delete app from CarPlay, delete app from phone, and power down phone and restart it. Then reinstall and reconnect everything. It seems to be working now, but clearly some issues need to be addressed.
