SoC isn't accurate while Bluetooth to car

App reports car is at 67% SoC and charging at 11kw. Car is actually at 38% and was moving at 43 mph and ABRP was navigating me. Noticed as 2023 Chevy Bolt's remaining bars didn't match what ABRP stated my arrival SoC nor starting SoC was.

I do have a screen recording I grabbed while this was happening.
