Soc errors

You are referring to useless help. Please update ABRP so it can read correctly from the OBD dongle! Change it to the previous issue that worked ok. Now ABRP is useless showing soc of 3%. When I route plan it will always route me to a charger despite the fact that the real soc is 100%. Now I am paying for a useless program and support. I have reported this several times, but nothing happens, just receiving reference to useless articles and posts. Fix it or I will claim my money back. Regards Frode
