SOC does not work on iPad

Why did you close the thread that said SOC does not work on iPad? Surely SOMEONE in the office has an iPad they can test it on to show this is a broken feature?

I just logged in via barcodes, so all my settings are the same. It works on my iPhone but not on iPad. Truly annoying given that i use my iPad all the time and have top swap for many phone to plan a trip.
