SOC at arrival HPC

When the route is calculated there is an obtion to set a desired SOC at the different sugested charge points. However, this does not work. For example: The planner suggests arrival at a charger with 25%. Even if I lower that to 10%, it does not effect the suggested charge time (and end soc) at the previous charge session.
