Snap to road when not in routing

Hi,

A long-standing gripe I have with ABRP:

Why doesn’t the position marker snaps to roads when we are not in a route?

When we are in a route, the position marker snaps to the road, as every navigation app does, perfect.

When just driving around, not following a route, the position marker just uses the position it gets from the location data and it’s so distracting.

It’s really weird to see the position marker besides the road, and not on the road. It happens a lot if the roads were drawn with misaligned photos, which happens all the time.

Can we have snap to the road on always?
