Smart #5 - Wrong endurance
Hello.
The endurance of a Smart #5 is wrong. Also the charging time is much too long. A #5 with 21 kw/h @100 km/h should drive 425 km from 100-5%. Also the charging time is way too long. At a 400 kW charger it should be around 17 min from 5-80 %.

The capacity is wrong. It should be 94 kWh net.
The standard reference consumption @110 should be around 20-21 kWh/100km.

The model should be correct added to the app. We have restored the battery capacity so it should show 94 kW now if you log out and log in again.

Thanks a lot. Will have a look. Can you also watch for the charging speed, which is up to 400 kW and charges from 10-80% in 15 min ?

Tried it and it shows 71 kWh and not 94 kWh. :-(

Can you try to log out and log in again and the next time you get live data it should show 94 kW.

I have loges out and in and did a drive for 1 hour with ABRP as navigation system. Same result.

Ok then you need to delete the car and add it again. If you have any saved drives in My drives they will be deleted.

Seems to be working now. Doesn‘t shows the capacity, but the endurance is from my life status. The charging speed is too long, but that‘s ok. Thanks a lot.
