After checking the systems, we can confirm that requests from third-party applications or services continue to be sent to our backend. Please note that the use of such applications, as well as dynamic recharge rates, are not supported.
The latter always represent an intervention of an external system in our infrastructure, which may prevent correct synchronization between the vehicle and the MySkoda application.
We recommend that you check your charger and any connected HEMS system. Charger availability must not be managed by time periods: it must always be available for charging once connected to the vehicle. All charging management must be carried out solely from the vehicle, as this is the only way to guarantee correct operation.
For third-party applications, we recommend that you disconnect your Skoda ID account from these services and reset the password. Please note that uninstalling the application alone may not be sufficient, as requests may still be sent from the service provider's servers rather than from your local device.
