    Hi @Michael Møller Sørensen,

I haven’t received a response from you so I’ll repost my reply here:

Here’s the response I received from Enode:

“I can see that the API response from Skoda is an empty list - this is normally because they've used different credentials to where the account is registered, or possibly in this case that they are still using the old MySkoda Essentials app, and not the newer MySkoda app. Can they confirm which app they are using?”

Could you check which app you’re currently using?

    Hi @Michael Møller Sørensen,

I can see that the TRONITY connection status is ‘registering’ and thereby not successfully connected. Please try to reset the connection.

Calibrated reference consumption isn’t quite available with connections like TRONITY, we’ll do an attempt at it but for proper calibration please consider using an OBD dongle.

          Hi

I have tried resetting, but I can't really see the live Battery % in the App.

It says I need to fill out my profile.

but I have connected to Tronity, live data.

What do I need to do?

My live Battery % just now 17-02-2025 at 20:54 is 80% SOC

but I can't find this value in the app

That’s certainly odd. I’ve submitted a ticket with Enode so that they can look into this.

The live data source in your screenshots is not successfully linked; this is indicated by the orange ‘registering’ status. Therefore, we will still remind you to link a live data source as we haven’t actually received data.

Do you see live data from your car on TRONITY’s side?
