Skipping turns

A recent trip involved getting on a freeway, then onto a 2nd freeway, then exiting to surface streets. The software ignored the turn onto the 2nd freeway and indicated that my next turn was to exit the freeway. This has happened before at the same interchange - I-10 Westbound to CA-60.
On another trip to the same destination the route included going from CA-60 to I-215 South, then exiting the freeway. In this instance, the guidance displayed the turn onto I-215 South the minute I got onto the I-10 Westbound.
There is something about the interchange from I-10 to CA-60 that makes your software ignore it for guidance purposes.
