Silverado ev connection to enode fails

Have been trying for several days to connect to enode but keep getting told there is a connection issue. I see other Chevrolet owners are having the same problem. I contacted Chevrolet and they say everything is normal on their end and the problem is with enode.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Still unable to connect and getting the same connection problem message. What else should I be doing??

    Hi

    I can’t see that there is any issues now. Have you tried to connect again?
