Signing in to Enode Chevrolet issue

I am getting the following message when I go through the sign in process for Enode.

Connection problem

Chevrolet is experiencing issues, and is currently unreachable. Please try again later.

I have tried multiple times over the past few days and I always get the same message. I am careful to enter the proper ID and password, and I am able to sign to Chevrolet normally outside of ABRP.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    I am having the same issue as described here with my Silverado EV:

    Connection problem

    Chevrolet is experiencing issues, and is currently unreachable. Please try again later.

    Have tried multiple times and spoke to Chevrolet Onstar - they say everything is normal at their end.

    What needs to be done??

    There is a problem with the connection between Enode and Chevrolet. They are investigating the issue.
