When configuring a planned speed of 110 we do not show it in Android Auto, as we expect the user to remember that decision to lower the speed.

However if the user forgets he set a lower speed, calculates a longer ropute and drives at normal speed, the soc will drop pretty fast compared to planned estimation.

So we should remember the user which speed he set the plan to.

For example if the user set max speed 120, we should show the "Max 120" speed sign, when we have for example unlimited zones on german motorways or on stretches with limit 130. It should not be shown in a 100 zone, as we can not reach the set max speed anyways. The normal speed limit will be visible then.
