Show elevation changes along the route

I was on a long drive which I knew had some steep uphill climbs at the end, and it would have given me more confidence knowing that ABRP was also taking them into account in the plan. Also, it is helpful to know where hills start/end roughly before each charging stop, so you can adjust driving style accordingly to avoid nasty surprises.
