Show dollar cost and charging rate on map

Hey cool people!

Thank you for making an awesome app!!

Maybe it's in a setting I missed, but it would be really cool to see the dollar amount cost for each charging station on the map, rather than having to click into each station to find the cost. If the cost is variable during peak or off peak hours, show the cost at the approximate time of arrival. If there are several clumped together, highlight the lowest cost station first.

Along those same lines, showing the kW rate on the map would be cool, too. Options could be “max kW at any station”, “max for your plug type”, or “max available now”.

There can be overall toggles to show/hide each of the indicators on the map.
