"Settings changed" dialogue box shows up - blocking OBD-data

For the last one or two last versions the attached dialogue box shows up after a trip has been completed. If I want to continue with another trip right away, the OBD data is blocked, and only a hard kill of the app followedby a restart will restore the OBD data stream.
Why is it so?
