Settings are ignored

As already written in my Google review, my settings are ignored or the loading stops do not match my specifications.
Current example:
Route from Eich (CH) to Munich (DE).
Distance: approx. 390km
SOC at start 100%
SOC on charge 20%
SOC on target 20%
Specification: Few but long loading stops.
Consumption: 21kWh

After a simple calculation, I get by with 1 long charging stop.
But the app says 2: 1x from 39% -> 63%; 1x 20% -> 59%
