Set vehicle consumption

The consumption rate for my Equinox is set to 19.2 kWh per 100 km at 110 km/h. In reality, it is closer to 25 kWh in the winter with studded tires and often wet or snowy roads. It would be good to be able to set this rate, but I am unable to do so. Thank you for your help. Christoph
