Set min end of charge SOC

If it’s a fast charger and it’s a long route I’ll not stop charging until 80%. This gives me more margin if the next charger is broken or busy. It’s not wasted time - at the last en-route charger maybe I can charge less - and it makes my journey safer. ABRP planning assumes I’ll charge as little as possible.
What I need is a way to say “if at a DC charger, assume charging to at least XX%”
