Set maximum speed for a trip

I see there is a setting for maximum speed that applies to all trips. I would like to be able to set a different maximum speed for some trips. For example, in Australia, the maximum permissible speed when towing is 100kph versus 110kph if not towing. Also, some trips I might choose to go slower for a more relaxed drive and better range between charges.
