Set charging Time max to determine #stops

Set maximum charging time - say 20 minutes- after which you will start driving again.

Instead of calculating the route based on SOC, the route and charging locations/ stops are calculated based on how long you want to spend any given Charger. That way you can stay longer than "fastest" but not so long it becomes painful.

20 minutes is the right amount of time to go to the bathroom, but a snack, and wait a little bit but not a long time.
