Set charge level for all recharging stations

Typically, once you arrive at a charging station, you want to efficiently charge, and you want to maximize the benefit of stopping for a charge.
Often, ABRP sets a charge to some small %, relative to the 'optimal' charge %, or to a high percentage that incurs a slow charge rate for the higher percentages.
Given that you spent the time to get to the charger (and potentially wait for availability), you want to make the best use of your time (i.e. not stopping while efficiently charging, or continuing charging at a low kw level.
I'd like the option of saying that as long as I'm the charger, set the charge to "X"; for my car (Ioniq 5), I would set X to 80%.
