Send Route to Tesla says successful but doesn't appear in car

When sending routes to my Tesla 2024 Model Y it seems to work intermittently. While I do see errors and have to retry some times I do get success with retries but the map only appears in the car about 25% of the time. This is not really useable like this if I have to switch to other map programs 75% of the time. Any help is appreciated.
