Selected date resets to wrong value

I is Jan 21, 2023. After clearing the planner, I enter my start location and attempt to change the date to Monday, Feb 20, 2023. When I select that date on the caledar, the date value shows 2/19/2023 in the plan. When I select Feb 21, 2023, the date value is correct, Feb 21, 2023. The departure time or current time may have something to do with it. I have reset the departure time to the morning, but I cannot set the value to 2/20/2023. Very wierd.
