Select Profile & Route Options in "Planning with" Dialog

Currently it is a bit tedious to change the vehicle profile and the route options. It would be an improvement if changing the options was easier as you select a destination / plan a route.

It seems like one way to do this would be to display the profile being used in the “Planning with…” dialog. The profile name could be a button so that you could easily change the profile you’re using for the trip.

It would also be nice to be able to easily set the routing options for the trip - for example to avoid (or not) ferries or tolls.
