Scroll-list when replacing charging stop does not work properly

When using the web route planning and then trying to replace a charging stop, a list with alternative charging stops displays as expected. I can chose a stop with no problem from the top of the list.

However when scrolling down the list, the control immediately refreshes, causing a throbber symbol to show and the list to jump back to the top when the refresh completes.

This makes it impossible to select items down the list.
So basically I have to manually adjust the map position and zoom, plus the filters to get a charging stop at the top at the list, so I can select it without scrolling.
