Screen / Map Refresh Rate

The current map refresh rate when driving, I suspect 1000ms, is too slow. When coming up to junctions where there are many close together the app is too slow and the turn is missing. This, coupled with calling out the turn too early is a problem and I find in having to use other more reliable apps with faster refresh rates.
