Scania P-25 and all trucks
A characteristic of heavy traffic is that the driver has mandatory breaks to make.
The situation changed with the publication of Regulation (EC) No. 561/2006 which set the daily time limit that a driver can spend behind the wheel at nine hours - ten hours no more than twice in a seven-day period. In a week the threshold not to be exceeded is 56 hours of truck driving, for two weeks it is 90 hours.
If a rest period is not started, after 4 and a half hours the driver is obliged to take a break from driving the truck of at least 45 consecutive minutes. He can eventually break it into two parts, first observing at least 15 minutes and then at least half an hour, but interspersed in the driving phase so as to comply with the above provision.
The ideal is a 15-minute break after 2 hours. Then a 30-minute break and, after another two hours, a 15-minute break.
The ideal for your app is to coincide charging and mandatory break times. The driver can also make a single stop of 45 minutes. BUT this is unlikely.
