Saved charging cards disappear automatically

Hi ABRP Team,

I am experiencing an issue where most of my saved charging cards disappear after some time.

I usually have about 8 to 10 charging cards stored in the app. However, after a while, most of them vanish, and only the same 2 charging cards remain available.

Could you please look into this sync or storage issue?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Which charging cards is it that you are saving and that are vanishing from your account? Which Android phone are you using?

      Hi,

      I’m using an Oppo Find X9 Android phone.

      The following same two card stay in the app:

      • Tesla

      • ÖAMTC e Power

      The following cards dissapear:

      • Ionity

      • Octopus Electroverse

      • Chargemap

      • OMV eMotion

      • Lidl

      • Shell

      • EnBW

      • Mahde - ABRP

        Do they disappear after refreshing the app/web browser or is it after you have been inactive for a bit from using ABRP?

          They stay available for some time in the app/web browser. I can close the app/browser and log in again, and they are still there.

          But then at some point in time, they disappear.
          It might be that they disappear if i don’t use ARB for a few days, but I’m not 100% sure.
