Routing without Higways wrong

when i enable highways in "avoid on route", the route ist much to long(not the shortest, alternative routes button dont work) and the time is much to long (2 hours planing, 40 min in reality)
Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
