Routing to off-ramp, then immediately to same exit on-ramp

When driving a plan, we’ve had several instances where the route guidance took us to a highway exit, just to put us right back on the highway. There was congestion/slowdown on the highway. The re-routing guidance created a traffic law violation potential in that several of the ‘side quests’ instructed performing u-turns that were specifically prohibited by signage. This was at several exists along I-75 and I-85 in Atlanta GA.

In Google Maps,we have re-route throttled to ‘only if it saves 10 minutes or more’. Haven’t found a similar setting in ABRP.
