Routing on longer routes without option for easy shorter routes

See attachment. The algorithm is routing me on a 2 hour longer route. I verified with the jurisdiction and on Google maps, the right route is open. This is not because of chargers because it doesn’t have me charging on the longer route anywhere. Also, planning me to pass chargers and then get to a charger at 2%?? I have it set to 18%. Unusable system right now.

Where does this happen?

    Nobody would ever go this way, it is way longer. In some cases (configured departure SoC, etc) it has the right route in the Alternatives, and in other cases it does not have the right route available at all.
