Routing is using local roads instead of the main road

This plan is using local county roads 2510 and 2476 on the other side of the lakes instead of the main E16 road. Why!?
Those roads are narrow, winding and partially unpaved. Yet ABRP plan to drive at 80 on many sections of them which is rally driving and insane.

Switching to OSRM on the OSM site actually do the same silly routing as ABRP.
