  • Instead of turning left, make a U-turn then turn right. (It’s not the only plan with this mistake on this street).

  • Instead of continuing straight, exit the highway and join it again.

There should be a private channel to report errors like this that could include private information. Doing this publicly while encouraging sharing the plan ID will lead to people unsafely recording their details.

    Thanks for reporting! Agree that we should have a way to send plans in private too to avoid private data from being shown, thanks for your attention to this matter.

    We will have a look at the first left turn issue, this is likely due to the data in OpenStreetMap which may not allow a left turn.

    For the second issue, it looks like a heavy traffic situation. Can you repeat the plan now and see if the issue is still there?

      Hello again.

      1. I did later check the data in OSM and it appears to me that the left turn is allowed.

      2. I’ve further investigated the second issue. There are works in progress in the road that crosses on the bridge above indicated on Google Maps. That may be related, but I can confirm that previous to my report, there were no works nor traffic on the highway as I travelled through against this proposed route. It still plans the route in the same way today.

      3. Find here another U-Turn that is recommended, regardless of whether live-traffic is activated or not. It does not, in any traffic conditions, actually make sense to follow this indication unfortunately.
