Routing error since 7.0 in Packwood, WA, USA

Ever since updating to 7.0, something is blocking westbound routing near these coordinates: 46.63924, -121.63332

Routing eastbound through the same point is fine. Prior to 7.0, I could route both directions through that point. I’m not aware of any road closures there that would cause this; there’s a seasonal road closure on Highway 123 several miles to the north, but nothing on Highway 12.
