Routing around closed roads

Is there a way to flag a road as closed for a routing or for more general information? Case in point, Washington SR 2 has been closed for weeks due to washouts and will be closed in some sections for a long time yet ABRP is insisting on routing me over the pass.

Where does this happen?

    It’s possible to add changes at https://www.openstreetmap.org/ We will then get the changes in our app.

      But OSM changes are not picked up in real time, no? Does OSM even have a way to map temporary closures? What would be really nice is to have a way to say – in real time – that this road is closed. For example if there is a bad accident or if there is road work or a special event. Ideally you’d be able to indicate, either while driving or when planning, that a point on a proposed route is impassable (or that a stretch of road is impassible). If it was possible to put a time bound on that it would be even better.
