Routing anomaly

Occasionally during route following, unexpected and unnecessary detours occur, eg while following a motorway route the routing directions take a route off the motorway at a junction using the off slip road only to rejoin the motorway at the on slip road after the junction.

There appears to be no reason eg no traffic holdups or delays on the route.

Although quite rare when they do occur it is very frustrating due to the unnecessary delays it creates when having to negotiate junction traffic.
