Routed to out of service charging location

Our route sent us to an Electrify America location in Malabar Florida, arriving with 13% charge remaining, only to find all four chargers were out of service. The only other chargers in the immediate area were level 2 and we had to back track 12 miles to find a level 3 station.

    Unfortunately, we do not receive any status from Electrify America chargers, so we do not have information about chargers being out of service.
