Took a trip recently and ABRP sent us to a ChargePoint DCFC @ 1400 Locke Dr Bourbonnais, IL. When we arrived there was a gate blocking access to the charger. It is on a dealer lot, and even though you have to pay to use it, they restrict access to it when they are closed for business.
