Route takes very long to get recalculated when taking a wrong turn

Since 6.1.0 the route takes very long to get recalculated when taking a wrong turn. Today I drove on a road a missed a turn. A new route would only be recalculated once I was more than 1km away from the initial missed turned. Later that day I drove in a small town with lots of small streets. I took a wrong turn and the route would not recalculate unless I drove far enough from the missed turn.
This make the app useless when driving in small towns.

Where does this happen?

      Drove 100km with 6.1.1 yesterday, we drove through small towns where it was easy to miss a turn and we did miss some. The route was recalculated about 20 to 80m after missing the turn which is IMHO ok.
