Route Proof a future planned trip

From an "improve the customer experience" perspective, may I suggest two "high level" (i.e. not "buried") options when one wants to use this software.

One option could be "future planning" and when selected, only a single dialog box opens that allows only to modify strategic level items: temperature and wind component.

The other option could be "immediate planning" and when selected, a dialog box would open to confirm the following strategic level items: use live weather, use live road conditions, and use current selected charging options of nnn% (and have the ability to change that one high level item in this dialog box).
Too many strategic level items (user parameters) spread about numerous dialog boxes.

For what it's worth, if one runs a plan and, because of some hidden (or forgotten) settings, the route is deemed "impossible", your software should automatically run the plan with synthetic high-level attributes (increased (synthetic) temperatures and charger maximums, for example) and state a solution that would quickly indicate those options…or give me that option that it will automatically do that.

Perhaps your team can look at a flight planning tool called Jetplan (Jeppesen) and your system could improve your customer interface experience by taking a look at how one trip plans using their tools/interface.
