Route planning using Cadillac Lyriq Android Auto never completes

I have a 2024 Lyriq and using the ABRP app that’s in the Google Play store on the cars infotainment system. I told it to use a saved route that’s “My position to Las Cruces”. After waiting for over 15 minutes is was still generating the route. I exited the plan and used the report function in the app to send report

Also noticed that when looking at the live data for the car on the iPhone app it aways shows the voltage at 0.0V, don’t know if that would change if I was charging but it’s 0 when not charging.

Lastly the map displayed always shows the location of the car when the app was first started. If I don’t have a route loaded and just driving it doesn’t update. If I turn the car off and the turn it back on a bit later it still shows the location as to where I first turned the car on.
