Route planning not working

When I try to generate a route, the app does not respond or display a route. No error message appears

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    Have you tried to delete the app and install it again? Which phone do you use and does this only happen on the phone?
