Route planning issue with custom and preferred chargers

Hello ABRP Support, I’ve noticed a problem with the route planner in the latest version of the app. When I use my own custom chargers, the planner often assigns very long charging times. At the same time, chargers marked as preferred are sometimes not included in the route at all. As a result, the plan seems unusual and less logical than before. In my opinion, the previous version of the planner was more consistent, more logical, and generally produced better routes. The current behavior makes the route planning harder to trust and less useful for real trip planning. Could you please look into this and let me know if this is a known issue or if there is a way to improve the planning logic? Thank you. Peter
