Route planning issue with custom and preferred chargers

Hello ABRP Support, I’ve noticed a problem with the route planner in the latest version of the app. When I use my own custom chargers, the planner often assigns very long charging times. At the same time, chargers marked as preferred are sometimes not included in the route at all. As a result, the plan seems unusual and less logical than before. In my opinion, the previous version of the planner was more consistent, more logical, and generally produced better routes. The current behavior makes the route planning harder to trust and less useful for real trip planning. Could you please look into this and let me know if this is a known issue or if there is a way to improve the planning logic? Thank you. Peter

    Please provide a link to the plan where this occurs. To do this;

    1. Plan the trip in ABRP

    2. Click/tap: ‘Share plan’

    3. Click/tap: ‘Share ABRP link’

        And this is already planned route, if I would like to do new one, it won’t prefer IONITY at all… also in old version there was better visibility of restaurant’s nearby charging station…

              When I open the plan now I only get IONITY chargers so that’s working. The other problem is vehicles with 800V that get’s longer charging time. My colleague is about to fix that.

                There are only ionity chargers because i added them manualy… omg.

                  My colleague says the 800V problem with IONITY should be fixed now. Can you make a plan and see if the charge time is more accurate?

                    Well, if i choose to make a new plan with prefered ionity, it makes me plan without IONITY stops, but times are ok. So problems with prefered network still remains. BTW when I choose my created plan with IONITY times are still like triple of normal.

                      It’s only preferred so if there is better chargers on the way when you need to charge we will select other chargers. If I change the charger arrival SoC to 30% I get one IONITY charger because then that one is the best one when you need to charge.

                      We might change this in the future.
